I can’t believe it’s back to school time again. Though it sure feels different with so much virtual learning going on. Months ago, very few of us imagined that coronavirus would still be a concern by now. At this point, who knows if or when things will be back to “normal”.
Seems weird to think about it but the holiday season is also approaching. A time where we usually gather with family and friends to celebrate. This year our celebrations will surely look different both at home and at work.
A lot of our clients do Holiday Parties and many have indicated that they will understandably be in jeopardy this year. But that doesn’t mean that we can’t still celebrate and have fun. While we can’t have the parties we’re used to, there are many other creative ways to celebrate.
One idea is to take a percentage of what would normally be spent on a party and invest in a gift for your team. Whether it’s a gift basket, something sweet to munch on, or a stylish fleece to stay warm, a gift is a great way to recognize and thank the folks that have worked so hard and gone through so much this year.
Though we all may not be able to get together in person, it’s still possible to make meaningful connections with your team members. Echo Marketing will gladly help you come up with fun alternatives to the traditional holiday party. Give us a call!
